The Best Beaches in Valencia
Valencia is such a great destination for everyone. In only something like fifteen minutes from the city center you’ll be able to reach the beach and enjoy the (almost) never ending valencian summer. Except for a few rainy days in winter and maybe high temperature in August, Valencia offer a nice climate with sunny days to enjoy every day outdoors.
Getting tanned, taking a swim into the refreshing mediterranean waters, windsurfing, playing beach volley, getting fit in one of the public outdoor sport facilities, go sailing or just eating an ice cream are only some of the things you can do at the beach in Valencia. You can easily get to the beach from the city center by bus, by subway, by tram, by bicycle or even walking along the Turia Gardens.
Las Arenas city beach
Las Arenas is one of the most loved beaches by locals and tourists and is a great spot in summer or winter thanks to the high density of bars and restaurants, shops and other beach facilities. La Malvarrosa city beach

It the city beach by excellence situated between the center of Alboraya and Calle Acequia de la Cadena. With over 1 km long and 130 meters wide, the beach offers soft golden sand and a lot of facilities for a great day by the sea.
Just outside the city going south, the beach of Pinedo il 1500 meters long and 32 meters wide and is the first touristic beach once you passed the harbour of Valencia and the Nautic Club. Very appreciated for the fresh fish and the silent beaches, Pinedo is a great destination for those in love with the nature and the classic spanish lifestyle.
El Saler Beach
Just in the heart of Albufera Natural Park, the beach of Saler is situated between L’Árbre del Gos beach at north and La Garrofera beach at south. The golden soft sand it extends on over 2600 meters of protected beach by the natural dunas and by a vast expanse of pine forests. El Saler is one of the most visited beaches in the summer.
La Garrofera Beach
Officially opened to the public in 2007, Garrofera Beach is very similar to El Saler Beach which is located at north. Great destination if you are looking for a relaxing dy away from the city.
